The Modernistas transformed this block of Barcelona into something so riotous it was called Block of Discord.

We didn't actually go on the tour of Casa Battlo, but we could see the stairs through the front door.

The attic has been made into a museum with architectural models and slideshows. Just the room itself is cool.

It was started in 1888, and they have high hopes of finishing it sometime in the next 15 years.
