This section contains the rules to all the games I've had the pleasure to invent. It is my hope that anyone who encounters this page will be moved to browse the contents and try out one or more of these ideas. I can think of little that would thrill me more than to hear of my games being enjoyed in homes far and wide.

Playing and inventing games is one of the passions of my life.  I was fortunate enough to have a father whose private game collection, at around five thousand, is one of the largest in the world. We hold a game party every Friday, at which the turnout can vary from a handful of guests to as many as twenty.

Most of the original games listed below can be played with an ordinary deck of cards or set of dominoes. One, Ice Row, is played with a special set of pieces that is available commercially. Watership Down: The Confrontation is my tribute to both one of my favorite games and a work of literature I enjoyed greatly. Dream Cycle is a novelty of my own creation, which I hope someday to publish and sell. Also listed are a number of variants I conceived for existing games.
